Weekend Requirement – Every Other Weekend Rotation

Job Description
Registered Nurse – Dialysis responsible for providing high-quality dialysis care in both chronic outpatient and acute care settings. The RN will manage dialysis treatments, monitor patient responses, troubleshoot dialysis equipment, and provide leadership support within a fast-paced dialysis environment.

The ideal candidate will have Charge Nurse or Team Lead experience and be comfortable running a patient POD, including setup and operation of Fresenius dialysis machines. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical judgment, technical dialysis expertise, and the ability to work across multiple dialysis locations as needed.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills / Experience
• Minimum 1 year of Dialysis RN experience required
• Charge Nurse or Team Lead experience REQUIRED
• Chronic Outpatient Dialysis experience required
• Acute Dialysis experience required
• Experience operating 20008T Fresenius machines required
• Ability to string and set up Fresenius machines required
• Ability to cannulate AV fistulas and AV grafts required
• Experience with tunneled/non-tunneled catheters required
• Dialysate conductivity testing required
• Administration of blood and blood products required
• Dysrhythmia interpretation/management required
• Infection control experience required
• Blood glucose monitoring required
• Ability to troubleshoot dialysis machine alarms required

Certifications
• BLS certification required
