Senior Product Designer - Mobile-First Consumer Products (United States)

We're I'm looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer specializing in modern mobile applications to join an ambitious, fast-growing consumer technology startup.

This role is ideal for someone who combines outstanding visual design skills with strong product thinking, has experience working in startups, and knows how to take a product from 0 to 1 — from the initial idea and user research to a polished, launched application.

Mobile product design is the absolute priority. We're looking for someone who understands modern iOS and Android experiences, cares deeply about interaction design and micro-details, and can create applications that feel intuitive, seamless, and genuinely delightful to use.

• Startup experience: You've worked in a startup environment and are comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and taking ownership.
• 0-to-1 product development: You've helped build products from scratch, contributing to discovery, research, prototyping, design, and launch.
• Proven mobile experience: You have designed and shipped at least 3–4 mobile applications that are currently available on the Apple App Store . Please include direct App Store links.
• Exceptional design craft: Your portfolio demonstrates high-quality UI, thoughtful interactions, attention to detail, and polished consumer experiences — not just wireframes or concepts.
• Strong product thinking: You understand user needs, validate ideas through research and testing, and make design decisions based on user insights and business goals.
• End-to-end ownership: You're comfortable collaborating directly with product and engineering teams to turn ideas into real products.
• Modern design tools: Strong Figma skills and experience creating scalable design systems and prototypes.

Experience with consumer lifestyle apps, marketplaces, productivity products, or home-related services is a plus.

• $160,000–$175,000 USD annually
• 100% remote
• The opportunity to shape a consumer product from the ground up.
• Significant ownership over product direction, UX, and visual quality.
• Close collaboration with a startup product and engineering team.

Send me a DM with your CV, portfolio, and direct App Store links to at least 3–4 mobile applications you've designed and shipped.

Please highlight your specific contribution to each product and your experience taking products from concept to launch. More details about the company and product will be shared privately.

Important: I'm looking to connect directly with individual designers. Recruitment agencies, design agencies, and outsourcing companies are not a fit for this opportunity.
