Dental Patient Service Representative

Make a meaningful difference as a Dental Patient Service Representative with Chapa-De, welcoming patients and connecting them to compassionate care in a supportive community health team. Coordinate closely with front- and back-office dental teams to ensure patients are ready to be seen and maintain a smooth patient flow. Manage a fast-paced front desk environment, supporting a shared workload of up to approximately 15 patients per hour. Provide respectful, patient-centered service to individuals from diverse backgrounds while remaining adaptable to changing needs. Contribute as a positive, organized, and coachable team member, stepping in to support front-desk operations wherever needed. What You'll Bring: High School diploma or GED certification. Effective communication skills and ability to work effectively with providers and Dental staff in stressful situations. Experience with multi-line phones, computer-based applications, and medical and/or dental eligibility preferred.
