The Service Supervisor will manage local service operations for the Northwest Atlanta Metro area, based in Marietta, GA. Responsibilities Drive the service business operations for your territory. Collaborate with customers and peers to achieve customer satisfaction. Promote a positive culture while meeting safety and quality goals. Manage schedules and oversee overall team performance. Collaborate across all levels of the organization to achieve business goals. Leverage new technologies and continuous learning to improve service delivery. Qualifications 2+ years of relevant maintenance expertise. Supervisory experience, ideally with a union‑represented workforce. Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Strong commitment to safety and quality standards. Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization. Appetite for learning and applying new technologies. Compensation will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, business needs and location, and will include a 15% Target Incentive bonus based on achievement of company and individual goals.
