About the Role Team Members at Einstein Bros. Bagels greet guests, create a warm atmosphere, and ensure the quality of food and beverages. They keep the store clean and safe, and help guests enjoy a positive experience. Responsibilities Welcome guests and assist with orders. Maintain product quality and presentation. Keep the store clean, organized, and safe. Support the team during busy periods and shift changes. Follow company policies and procedures related to food safety and customer service. Qualifications Age 16 or older. Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment. Previous restaurant, retail, or guest‑service experience is a plus, but not required. Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move as necessary to perform duties. Benefits Flexible schedule – no evenings or nights; shifts end by 3pm.
