Some of the things you will be doing: Register, renew, transfer, and modify domain names Research and develop expertise in domain‑specific requirements Prepare documentation and provide clear and concise instructions Develop partnerships with global vendors through effective communication and cultural awareness Prioritize work in a shared team queue and collaborate to ensure all work is complete Identify and escalate complex issues, ensuring follow‑up and resolution in a timely manner Understand and strive to meet or exceed performance metrics that support our commitment to industry‑leading client service What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
