Additional Offerings

  • Full Time: 2nd & 3rd Shifts

    • $5,000 Sign on Bonus for full time!

  • Weekends ONLY: 1st/2nd Shift

  • Located in Tomah, WI

  • 7.5-Hour Shifts

  • 74-Bed Facility

  • Must hold a current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) .

What You’ll Do

  • Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan

  • Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care

  • Understand and follow infection control procedures

  • Accurately complete documentation and record-keeping, including vitals

  • Report all violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately

What You Bring

  • Completed CNA/STNA course and current state license

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Service-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow

  • Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude

  • Excellent attendance and reliability
