About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Life Reinsurance Pricing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of pricing strategies for new business. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced actuary, ideally an FSA with over 10 years' experience, particularly in the areas of pricing and product development. The individual must possess excellent leadership skills, a strong knowledge of reinsurance, and the ability to implement business solutions based on extensive product and market knowledge. Applicants for the AVP & Actuary, IL Reinsurance & Pricing position at the company should be prepared to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role is pivotal in the life reinsurance team, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar capacity. Responsibilities include not only the development of pricing strategies but also their practical application in a business context. The role demands a professional with a deep understanding of the industry, capable of making informed decisions and leading a team to success.
