Yard Attendant

This individual will serve as a key contributor to the daily operations of one of the highest-volume vehicle processing facilities in the country, working entirely outdoors in all weather conditions. Each day, they will be responsible for conducting thorough vehicle check-ins, capturing detailed documentation and photos of each vehicle using a handheld device, and meeting a daily processing target of 15-19 vehicles. In addition to vehicle processing, they will assist customers on-site - including helping vehicle owners retrieve personal belongings - making strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset essential. The ideal candidate is physically capable, tech-comfortable, and thrives in a high-energy, outdoor environment where no two days look exactly the same.

Required Skills & Experience
• Comfortable working outdoors all day in all weather conditions - rain, snow, heat, etc., year-round
• Recent outdoor work experience in a physically demanding environment
• Strong adaptability and work ethic - ability to take direction and stay productive in a dynamic setting
• Basic technological aptitude - must be comfortable using a handheld device for vehicle check-in and data recording
Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Interest in cars or prior experience working in an automotive, fleet, or vehicle-related environment
Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, lot, or outdoor operations setting
