What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced critical care nursing to varied ICU patient populations, including Neuro, Surgical, Medical, Cardiovascular, and more.
• Float across different ICUs based on staffing needs and patient acuity, maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Administer ventilator management, telemetry monitoring, IV starts, and other critical procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio RN license (or eligible for licensure in Ohio)
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• Proficiency in EPIC EHR system
• Key skills: ventilator management, telemetry, IV placement, critical care procedures
• Preferred: previous travel nursing experience
