F&W Pest Control - Commercial Sales Professional (Maintenance) F&W Pest Control of MA is looking to hire a full-time, Commercial Sales Professional to join our team . This is a position for those with little-to-no previous experience in the pest control industry, though prior experience is always welcome. This role combines your competitive drive and your desire to be part of a team. Responsibilities As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for understanding F&W's products and services and how to make strategic recommendations to both residential and commercial customers. By performing 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between, you'll be able to solve problems and build trusted relationships ensuring homes and families are protected. You'll also solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner for our business customers helping to protect their commercial properties. Adept at listening to needs and clearly explaining practical solutions, you can win over customers with confidence and care. Serve as a problem solver for residential and commercial customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer's needs. Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads. Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers at their home or commercial property to explain F&W products and services. Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer's home or commercial property—don't worry, we teach you how! Make recommendations to customers based on inspection and issues identified by addressing any questions, explaining the process and setting expectations. Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company provided iPad – we will provide training on this too. What type of benefits will you receive? Sales experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid) Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.
