Now hiring warehouse associates in National City, CA. The shift is 1st shift (7:00AM - 3:30PM Mon - Fri) with a pay rate of $18/HR.

Join a busy distribution team in National City, CA as a warehouse associate, where you will accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Pack apparel, wetsuits, footwear, and accessories according to established company standards and packaging guidelines.
• Verify product quantities, sizes, colors, and SKUs to ensure complete and accurate order fulfillment.
• Prepare shipments for both domestic and international customers, following shipping and documentation requirements.
• Label, palletize, and stage orders for outbound shipment in an organized and timely manner.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking incoming inventory into designated warehouse locations.
• Support shipping and receiving operations, including checking in products and organizing outgoing orders.
• Perform cycle counts and participate in inventory control activities to help maintain accurate stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all housekeeping and safety expectations.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices to reduce risk and ensure a safe workplace.
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals while handling general labor tasks such as loading, labeling, and production-related duties.

Essential skills:

• Experience in warehouse operations, order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or distribution preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with picking and packing processes for customer orders.
• Hands-on experience with shipping and receiving activities.
• Ability to use RF scanners for order picking and inventory transactions.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and cycle counting.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality to support consistent warehouse operations.
• Capability to perform general labor tasks such as loading, labeling, and staging orders.

Additional skills & qualifications:

• Experience with e-commerce fulfillment processes is a plus.
• Experience in apparel, footwear, or retail distribution environments is preferred.
• Comfort working with warehouse management systems and technology-driven picking processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to keep work areas neat and orderly.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and best practices in a warehouse setting.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist in various warehouse tasks as needed.

Pay and benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
