Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled commercial Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of carpentry, including framing, concrete work, drywall installation, and bathroom remodeling. Experience in both commercial and residential settings is preferred. This position offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, concrete work, drywall installation, and bathroom remodeling according to project specifications.
• Work collaboratively with team members and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute construction projects effectively.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others on the job site.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to address any concerns or changes throughout the construction process.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Carpenter, with expertise in framing, concrete, drywall, and bathroom remodeling.
• Experience working in both commercial and residential settings is preferred.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must have own hand tools.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
