Chemistry Expert for AI Model Training

Chemistry specialists can apply their advanced knowledge to enhance AI research initiatives, contributing to the development of Large Language Models (LLMs) within specialized domains. This role offers a unique chance to collaborate with a community of experts, focusing on improving AI capabilities through domain-specific insights. Key Responsibilities

• Engage in project work that includes developing domain-specific prompts and evaluating LLM responses.
• Dedicate time to researching topics of interest, leveraging AI assistance for deeper insights.
• Contribute to the evolution of AI across various disciplines while learning new skills.

• Master’s students or graduates with a focus on chemistry.
• Able to participate in primarily asynchronous work in collaboration with leading AI labs.
• Confidence in your expertise to surpass current AI systems in understanding and explaining key concepts in your field.

• Remote position with flexible hours, requiring a commitment of approximately 10 to 20 hours per week.
• Placement in projects will depend on availability.

Up to $50/hr (depending on the project).

This program is open to U.S.-based doctoral students, candidates, and recent graduates with valid work or training authorization (e.g., F-1/OPT, J-1, H-1B). Participants must ensure compliance with their visa conditions and confirm eligibility with their program or visa sponsor prior to applying. Note that candidates on STEM OPT requiring an i-983 cannot be accommodated at this time, though those with approved i-983s, as well as individuals on pre-grad OPT, CPT, J-1, or H-1B, are eligible.
