Welder - Night Shift

Key responsibilities of a Welder include: Blueprints & Welding – Read and interpret blueprints, prepare weld surfaces, and perform welding to 1G certification standards. Equipment Operation – Set up and operate welding equipment, ironworker, band saw, drill press, and other tools safely, ensuring weld quality and appearance meet standards. Precision Measuring – Accurately use tape measures (1/8”, 1/16”, 1/32”), convert units, and maintain accurate documentation. Safe Material Handling – Operate forklifts and jib cranes following all safety procedures and maintaining necessary certifications. Teamwork & Reliability – Work collaboratively to meet production schedules with excellent attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail. Ensure all welding work meets quality standards. Comfortable adjusting to changes in processes and products. Proficient in blueprint interpretation, capable of precise measurements and conversions, and certified in welding to 1G standards.
