Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Inspector/Packers to join our team in Twinsburg, OH, 44087. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products while also assisting in the packing process. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Our shifts are 12hr. days or nights on a rotating schedule. Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies in products.
- Assist in packing products for shipment, ensuring they are securely packaged.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and packing activities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inspection or packing preferred, but not required.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
