Entry-Level Child Life Specialist: Family-Centered Care
Stanford Medicine Children's Health
Stanford Medicine Children's Health in Palo Alto seeks an entry-level Child Life Specialist to assist children and families in adjusting to hospitalizations. Responsibilities include providing medical play, pre/post-procedural teaching, and emotional support to enhance understanding of medical experiences. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans while maintaining professional standards. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Child Life or a related field and successful completion of a Child Life Internship.
