Shoes For Crews is seeking a hands-on Help Desk / IT Support Specialist for a hybrid role in Boca Raton, FL. You will deploy and support desktop/workstation hardware, administer Microsoft 365 and Intune, and handle end-user support across on-site and remote channels. You will manage AD/Entra ID, networking basics, and cybersecurity practices while maintaining asset records and assisting with onboarding/offboarding workflows. Onsite three days a week with remote work opportunities as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
