Resident Occupancy Specialist - Greenfield, MA $24/hour NOW HIRING. The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Resident Occupancy Specialist to join our Property Management team in Greenfield, MA. This is a full-time, in-office position working directly with residents, applicants, and site staff to support daily operations and resident satisfaction.
