Sales Consultant, Sports (Cincinnati, Dayton, Northern Kentucky) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Sales Consultant for its Orthopaedics division covering Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky. The role involves developing surgeon and hospital relationships, driving product sales, and managing a territory of assigned accounts within sports medicine and orthopedic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and convert prospective surgeons and accounts through targeted sales strategies
• Drive product sales and adoption across assigned territory using product and customer knowledge
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR personnel, and hospital stakeholders
• Provide in-service education and support to surgeons and OR staff on products and techniques
• Manage inventory, territory planning, and competitive responses to achieve sales quotas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years professional experience, or Associate degree/medical certification plus 5+ years experience
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel including weekends and overnight trips
• Experience working in operating room or laboratory environments
• Strong interpersonal communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Data analysis skills and results-oriented mindset with ability to work autonomously
• Willingness to relocate to the posted territory
