Work Type: Onsite

Shift: 06:00am - 04:30pm, Monday through Thursday

Job Description:

• As a member of the McPherson-based team, you will be responsible for the general assembly of components in accordance with product specifications, engineering drawings, work orders, and quality procedures.
• You will be cross trained in a variety of tasks, including grinding, completing assembly checklists, testing parts, and monitoring stock bins.
• Your training will alsinclude the use of a variety of hand and pneumatic tools. You will report directly tthe Production Supervisor, as well as the Plant Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess basic math skills.
• Requires a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

What will your typical day look like:

• Assembles components according tblueprints, routers, work orders, checklists, and specifications tbuild, assemble, and test parts and finished goods that meet quality standards in an accurate and timely fashion.
• Accurately completes assembly checklists.
• Monitors stock bins in work area and reports stock needs tShop Floor Lead(s).
• Ensures a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and procedures.
• Adheres tthe Client Code of Conduct.
• Other duties as assigned.
