Strategic Mid-Market Benefits Account Manager
Thatch
Thatch is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of Mid-Market employer customers and benefit brokers. You will serve as a trusted advisor on Thatch platform, ICHRA benefits strategy, and annual renewal/open enrollment, working across Sales, Product, and Operations to drive customer health and retention. You will lead annual renewal conversations, develop proactive plans, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to deliver insights and recommendations, with opportunities for #J-18808-Ljbffr Thatch
