Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Asheville, North Carolina.

**Required Experience:** - Medical ICU experience in a large facility **Skills and Qualifications:** - Comfortable with hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management - Must be a critical thinker - Flexible and works well with others **Advanced Skills Needed:** - Ventilator management - Critical care pharmacology (IV sedation, paralytics, vasopressors, etc.) - Advanced hemodynamic monitoring - Central line management **Certifications Required:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) **Leadership Experience:** - Relief charge nurse will be expected to perform nurse leader rounding
