Hours & Work Type Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Work Type: Full-Time What We Offer Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay 401(k) with a match Bi-Weekly pay schedule and access to earned pay same day if desired What You’ll Do Responsible for leading all phases of operation in the warehouse Ensure order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and order throughput Manage all warehouse communication and trainings Maintain a safe and clean work environment Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Complete paperwork, respond to emails, and communicate with leadership Be available to step in to control issues no matter when they arise Complete any other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager Lead a team of 20+ associates in a fast-paced environment Conduct other management duties as they arrive Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required 4+ Previous warehouse experience 2+ Leadership or Supervisory Experience Basic computer skills and experience working in a fulfillment environment (WMS, ERP platforms, and inventory systems) Strong knowledge of inventory control, order fulfillment workflows, and warehouse best practices Organizational skills in sorting and prioritization Strong data analysis and reporting skills to drive operational improvements Meet service level requirements and throughput rates Maintain a professional work environmentAbility to perform detailed tasks in a repetitive environment while maintaining a good attitude and work ethic Physical Requirements Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Must be able to perform repetitive standing, sitting, stooping, walking, stretching, and use full range of body motion #J-18808-Ljbffr ShipNetwork
