We are seeking a confident, organized, and people-oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our Baton Rouge team.

In this role, you will support day-to-day public relations and communication initiatives while helping maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and the public. You will work closely with the team to coordinate projects, prepare communications, assist with events and campaigns, and ensure our brand is represented professionally and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with public relations, communication, and brand initiatives.
• Support the preparation of presentations, written communications, and promotional materials.
• Help coordinate meetings, events, campaigns, and special projects.
• Communicate professionally with clients, partners, vendors, and team members.
• Maintain organized records, schedules, contact information, and project materials.
• Assist with responding to general inquiries and maintaining positive professional relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects and communications are completed accurately and on time.
• Help identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and public engagement.
• Provide administrative and organizational support for ongoing public relations activities.
• Represent Beloform Craft with professionalism, confidence, and a positive attitude.
