As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the store’s leadership team and driving abets-in-class customer experience. You will lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards. In partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will help maximize store profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and contribute to the store’s success. Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation. Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuringtimelyproduct flow to the sales floor. Assistin training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives. Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss prevention practices. Promote community engagement byparticipatingin local initiatives and events. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; but we value hands‑on experience and demonstrated achievements most. Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high-performing, diverse teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
