Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state
- Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
- Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorders and complex developmental disabilities
- Ability to develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
- Solid communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional needs and design evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services that address sensory integration, fine motor skills, and adaptive behaviors
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement strategies that promote student success in the classroom
- Provide documentation and progress updates as required by school standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise
