Executive Recruitment Coordinator

Our client is looking for an Executive Recruitment Coordinator to join their Talent Acquisition team. This is a non-exempt role reporting to the Head of Recruiting Coordination. As the Executive Recruiting Coordinator, your main objective is to ensure a world-class candidate experience while seamlessly connecting executive talent professionals with company leadership. You will keep interviewing processes organized and efficient, actively maintaining clear lines of communication with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership candidates to cultivate our long-term hiring needs and strengthen our global recruiting efforts. Responsibilities: What you'll do (Role Expectations) Coordinate and manage complex interview schedules, organizing logistics and liaising seamlessly with candidates and executives across all functions Ensure on-site HQ interviews are conducted efficiently to prioritize an exceptional, boutique-level candidate experience personally greeting and escorting candidates to their interviews in office. Manage relationships with talent acquisition stakeholders to ensure maximum efficiency in the management of executive interviews Develop data-driven strategies and process improvements to elevate operational efficiency and automate solutions Maintain a high level of confidentiality while communicating professionally, tactfully, and with diplomacy at all times Maintain a presence onsite, representing and trouble shooting any onsite interviews (exec or non-exec) as needed. What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 3+ years of working as a successful Recruitment Coordinator in a fast-paced and professional environment Proven ability to manage complex calendar scheduling for internal and external meetings Strong organizational skills with an uncompromising attention to detail What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Prior experience as an executive recruiting coordinator working in a technical industry such as Cloud, Enterprise, Security, or SaaS Experience analyzing data to generate business insights, create presentations, and drive operational process improvements Hands-on experience with an ATS (such as SmartRecruiters or Greenhouse) and GSuite.
