HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide Early Intervention services for children ages 0-3 in Chambersburg and surrounding communities.

Whether you're looking for a full-time change, a flexible side opportunity, or just a few extra hours each week, we can build a caseload around your availability and where you live.

• $70/hour starting rate - negotiable!
  Higher rates may be available for therapists willing to travel across county lines.
• Work as little as 2 hours per week-or build to Full-Time.
  Choose from Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN options and increase your caseload when you're ready.
• Stay close to home.
  We work to keep your visits within approximately 30 minutes of your home whenever possible. Current opportunities are available throughout Chambersburg, Mercersburg, Shippensburg and Waynesboro.
• You control your schedule.
  Coordinate visits directly around your availability and your families' schedules. No rigid clinic schedule and no punching a clock.
• Approximately 1-hour visits-including documentation time.
  Your session time includes both treatment and documentation, with a company-provided laptop to make documentation easier.
• Hybrid flexibility available.
  Depending on caseload and service needs, some responsibilities may be completed remotely.
• W-2 employment-not independent contracting.

Early Intervention gives you the opportunity to work one-on-one with young children and their families in their natural environments, helping build skills during some of the most important developmental years.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child's Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
• Work with families/caregivers in the child's natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
• Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
• Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania State PT License
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Must not be excluded in enrolling in Pennsylvania's Promise System
• Original Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background Check and FBI Clearance required
