Licensed Sales Producer

Job Description The Caleb Nichols Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and licensed insurance professional to join our team as a licensed sales producer. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers protect what matters most while building lasting relationships and growing their career. Responsibilities Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, internet leads, and networking. Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Life, and other insurance products. Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities. Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline. Build strong relationships with new and existing customers. Meet individual sales and production goals. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
