Job DetailsJob Location: Gilchrist Insurance Group - Hudson Oaks, TX 76087Insurance Producer Gilchrist Insurance Group is growing, and we are seeking energetic and driven individuals with a winning mindset to join our personal/commercial lines producer team. This position is a salary + commission, so you have the opportunity to control your financial future. Location: Hudson Oaks, Tx Compensation: Salary (Dependent on experience) + Commission We are family owned and operated Qualifications: Valid P&C license highly preferred Previous experience in insurance, customer service preferred Ability to build rapport with clients/prospects Strong negotiation skills Skills Required: Self-motivated Organized Proficient in Microsoft Office Goal-oriented Driven Coachable Persistent Client advocate Sales Forecasting The Licensed Insurance Producer will be responsible for: Generating new business by prospecting and networking Meeting with potential clients to assess their insurance needs Providing clients with customized insurance solutions Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Account management alongside service CSR team Meeting or exceeding sales goals Forecasting sales and developing sales strategies Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulation Qualifications: Texas Property & Casualty License #J-18808-Ljbffr
