Creative Account Manager

Teez Agency is looking for a Digital Account & Creative Operations Manager to help manage the day-to-day execution of key client accounts across social media, digital content, creative production, and integrated marketing campaigns. This is a hybrid account management and project management role. You'll serve as a key connection between our clients and our internal creative, strategy, social, and production teams—making sure requests are clearly understood, projects stay organized, feedback is actionable, and deliverables move from brief through final delivery. We're looking for someone who is highly organized and client-facing, but also understands social media and creative production . You don't need to be the person creating the content, but you should understand what makes strong social and digital creative, how content gets produced, and what it takes to move a campaign from an idea to a finished asset. What You'll Do Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts. Manage client requests, priorities, timelines, meetings, notes, follow-ups, and deliverables. Turn client requests into clear, actionable briefs for our creative and production teams. Coordinate projects across strategy, social, creative, production, editing, design, copywriting, and other internal resources. Build and maintain project timelines, workbacks, content calendars, and status trackers. Keep clients and internal teams aligned on what's due, what's waiting for feedback, what's approved, and what's at risk. Consolidate client feedback and translate it into clear direction for creative teams. Manage review and approval cycles and help prevent unnecessary rounds of revisions. Support execution across social, digital, retail/e-commerce, paid media, and broader integrated campaigns. Understand platform-specific creative needs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta and other digital channels. Help coordinate fast-turn social opportunities and trending content when needed. Partner with strategists and creative leads to ensure client requests stay aligned with the approved strategy and scope. Flag scope changes, unrealistic timelines, missing information, and resource constraints before they become problems. Maintain organized project files, briefs, final assets, approvals, and version control. Provide clients with proactive status updates rather than waiting for them to ask. Help continuously improve account workflows and processes as client needs grow. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has experience working in a creative agency, social media agency, digital agency, brand marketing team, or similar environment . The right person understands that this isn't just about checking boxes in a project management system. You need to understand the work you're managing. You should be comfortable looking at a social campaign or creative brief and understanding what needs to happen next, asking the right questions when something is missing, communicating confidently with a client, and working with creative teams without getting in the way of the creative process. Ideally, you have experience with social content, digital campaigns, creative production, content calendars, client communication, briefing creative teams, managing feedback and approvals, and juggling multiple projects at once.
