Account Manager - Commercial Lines

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and client‑focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage and service a book of middle market clients. This role partners with Producers to deliver proactive, strategic service, ensure accurate policy management, and support strong client retention and growth. Job Type Full‑time Key Responsibilities Serve as primary contact for middle market clients, building strong, long‑term relationships Manage the full renewal process, including strategy, marketing, proposals, and binding Prepare applications, exposure data, and submission materials 120+ days in advance Review policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations for accuracy and coverage Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms and resolve complex issues Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions aligned with client needs Support Producers with client meetings and renewals Maintain accurate documentation and manage service timeline in a fast‑paced environment Identify opportunities to cross‑sell and round out accounts Qualifications 3-5+ years of Commercial insurance experience (middle market preferred) Active Property & Casualty license required Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and markets. Experience managing complex accounts and renewal strategies Proficiency with an agency management system (EPIC, AMS360, or similar). Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and relationship management abilities This is not a remote position.
