Job Description
The Kitchen/Bath Remodeling Tech / Lead Installer plays a crucial role in managing and executing kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. This position requires hands-on technical skills for installation as well as leadership abilities to oversee project progress and coordinate with team members, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Required to have a Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise installation teams during kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects
- Install cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, tile, and other remodeling components
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to ensure accurate installations
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met
- Ensure job sites are maintained safely and efficiently, adhering to company and regulatory standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues promptly
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory necessary for remodeling projects
- Provide training and guidance to junior installers and team members
