We’re hiring a Kitchen Manager to run day-to-day BOH execution and help bring this operation to the next level. If you love systems, volume, and quality at scale — and want a seat where your work directly sharpens a category-leading program — this is your kitchen.

• Lead daily prep, production, and service across multiple stations and cuisines
• Manage line/prep cooks and shift scheduling
• Own food cost, inventory, ordering, and waste tracking
• Maintain HACCP, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Execute leadership’s vision consistently at high volume
• Help build and refine the systems that scale quality across the operation

• 4+ years kitchen leadership in high-volume, multi-SKU operations
• Comfortable executing across multiple cuisines (Italian, Mediterranean, Asian, deli)
• Strong systems thinker — par sheets, prep lists, food cost discipline
• Sharp eye for detail and consistency
• Calm under pressure; clear communicator
• Kashrut training provided in-house; full mashgiach team on staff — no prior kosher experience required

$75,000 – $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and PTO.
