Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients to understand their needs and explain the value of our insurance solutions.

Guide customers through the selection process to find coverage options that align with their specific circumstances.

Build and maintain meaningful relationships with local families and business owners in Southaven.

Help existing policyholders review their current coverage to ensure they are fully protected as their lives change.

Collaborate with our team to reach our shared goals for growth and community outreach.

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions to ensure high-quality service and follow-up.

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

Active Mississippi Property & Casualty insurance producer license.

Previous experience working in a customer-focused sales or service role.

Confidence in using computer systems and navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your daily tasks effectively.

A genuine desire to help community members protect what matters most to them.
