What You'll Do

• Shape and execute the creative vision and strategic direction across a diverse client portfolio, acting as a senior creative advisor to executive stakeholders.
• Oversee the entire creative lifecycle, from strategy and concepting to design, production, and post-production, ensuring measurable impact and scalability across all campaign channels.
• Lead, mentor, and foster the growth of a large, multidisciplinary creative team, including senior managers and associate creative directors.
• Develop and refine team structures, workflows, and standards to ensure efficiency, quality, and exceptional creative output across various initiatives, including performance marketing, demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns, sales enablement, long-form content (such as white papers, case studies, and thought leadership), event and trade show creative, and product marketing and launch campaigns.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and business development to expand service offerings, contribute to pitches, and secure new business.
• Enhance client retention by consistently delivering high-impact creative solutions and identifying opportunities for service expansion within existing client relationships.
• Develop repeatable processes that foster seamless collaboration between creative strategists and paid strategists to address client needs effectively.
• Elevate the agency's profile by representing the creative practice externally through thought leadership, industry events, and published work.
• Ensure the highest quality of creative output through consistent and accountable quality assurance processes, preventing revenue-impacting errors.
• Drive strong financial outcomes by optimizing resource allocation and ensuring creative delivery aligns with growth objectives.
• Leverage advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance and optimize business processes and achieve superior results.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Extensive B2B experience as a Creative Director or in an equivalent senior creative leadership capacity within a creative or media advertising agency.
• Demonstrated experience in sectors such as SaaS/enterprise software, professional services (consulting, legal, financial), manufacturing, medical technology/life sciences, logistics, supply chain, or distribution.
• A robust B2B client portfolio showcasing successful conceptualization, development, and delivery of large-scale, multi-channel creative campaigns.
• Mastery across key creative disciplines (e.g., copywriting, design, production, strategy, post-production) with the ability to provide expert oversight at a leadership level.
• Proven success in managing and developing large creative teams across diverse accounts and industries.
• Exceptional business acumen, with a track record of driving client retention, service expansion, and new business growth.
• Executive-level presentation and communication skills, adept at advising senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Profound understanding of creative best practices, strategic planning, compliance, project management, and operational leadership.
• A visionary leader with a proven ability to build strong team cultures, inspire creative excellence, and push boundaries while consistently achieving measurable business results.
