They will also perform A/R related assignments including those that are complex in nature where considerable judgment, analysis and initiative are required. Responsible for conducting all quality assurance efforts in preparation for billing/chart audits.**Pay Range**Minimum $23.00 Midpoint $28.77 Maximum $34.54*Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.***Experience**• Required: Minimum two (2) years of accounts receivable/customer service experience with at least one (1) year of recent experience in healthcare billing and collections to include: computerized healthcare systems, cash receipts, private collections, Medicaid, Medicare, managed care and traditional insurance.• Preferred: Three (3) years of accounts receivable/customer service experience supporting healthcare billing and collections.**Education**• Required: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in related field. **Training**• Required: None required.**Specialized Skills**• Required: Intermediate skills in using Microsoft Office Suite e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Effective verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal relationship and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, well organized, detail oriented and able to appropriately prioritize.
