RN Float Critical Care

As an RN Float Critical Care at TriStar Health, you will deliver expert, patient-centered care across ICUs and other high-acuity units within our Middle Tennessee network. You will assess, monitor, and stabilize critically ill patients, manage complex infusions and ventilators, and respond rapidly to changes in condition. Working within a collaborative, safety-focused culture, you’ll partner with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based care, support families, and uphold rigorous quality standards.
