Technical Leadership: Independently manage complex projects, including traffic control plans, conduit design, and underground utility profiling. Continuous Growth: Rapidly develop expertise in client-specific equipment and industry-leading standards while prioritizing a high-volume project load. Requirements Experience: 2+ years in engineering drawing production, specifically within Telecommunications or Utilities. Education: A technical degree or BS in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field. Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-Starter Mindset: Proven ability to work autonomously, manage tight deadlines, and deliver accurate results without constant supervision.
