About the Role

K2N Crest is seeking an experienced BIM Technician with 3–5 years of experience and strong Revit skills. In this role, you will work on a diverse mix of projects, including drafting construction drawings for new and existing buildings and supporting forensic investigation and restoration projects.

Education Requirements

• Certificate or associate degree in drafting and technology design or related program.
• Candidates with equivalent job experience will also be considered

Experience & Skills Required

• Proficiency using Revit (BIM)
• Able to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
• Familiarity with drafting standards and conventions.
• Have a working knowledge of construction terminology
• Ability to create and/or modify drawings with a high level of attention to detail
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting as well as independently
• Competent using Microsoft Office

What You’ll Do

• Produce accurate and complete drawing sets (for owner review, bidding, permit, and construction) using Revit
• Draft structural and architectural plans, sections and detail drawings for construction
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and other drafters to deliver coordinated, high‐quality drawings
• Complete project responsibilities within scope, schedule, and budget
• Interpret and follow rough sketches, markups, specifications, and design data from engineers and architects to prepare contract drawings
• Support a wide range of projects varying in scope, size, and complexity, including new construction, renovations, forensic investigations, and restoration work
