Position Overview:
The line cook is responsible for preparing food items accurately and efficiently according to the menu and kitchen standards. This role requires attention to quality, speed, and cleanliness to ensure excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in a timely manner.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of food.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor food stock and assist in inventory management.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, especially during busy periods.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (ServSafe certification is a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility with shifts, including nights and weekends.
