Make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with the food program. Lead shifts on a regular basis, gaining entry‑level management experience. Work around the store (inside and out) to maintain high standards for store appearance. Provide regular and predictable on‑site attendance. Interact with many customers daily while supporting a fun, energetic team. You are good at Selling products to customers. Providing excellent customer care. Communicating and engaging in friendly conversation. Performing at a quick pace while having fun. Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals. Generating ideas to solve problems and offering suggestions. Leading a team of employees. Supervising entry‑level employees. Great if you have Retail and customer service experience. Entry‑level management experience. Sales associate or cashiering experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Motivation to advance in your career. Willingness to learn and have fun. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours. Lifting and/or carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift. Occasionally lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds. Bending at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
