Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Industrial Designer . You will work closely with senior designers and engineers to support the creation of innovative, manufacturable products. The role is highly collaborative, requiring a balance of creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail. Day-to-day tasks include: Supporting concept development through sketching, ideation, and 3D modeling . Creating renderings and presentations for internal reviews and client meetings. Developing CAD models and prototypes under the guidance of senior designers. Assisting in the preparation of technical drawings and design documentation . Researching trends, materials, and technologies to inform design solutions. Collaborating with engineers to ensure designs are both beautiful and feasible. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or a related field. 0–3 years of professional or internship experience in industrial/product design. Proficiency in CAD and rendering software (SolidWorks, Rhino, KeyShot, or equivalent). Strong sketching, visualization, and storytelling skills. Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping methods. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design process, and problem-solving ability. Preferred but not required Experience with consumer electronics, medical devices, or lifestyle products. Hands-on prototyping skills (3D printing, foam modeling, shop tools). Familiarity with UX/UI design principles a plus.
