This role is key to wrapping up projects the right way — you’ll be responsible for restoring job sites, final grading, and helping prep for inspections and project close‑out. Key Responsibilities Perform final grading, backfill, and compaction to meet job specs Restore landscaping, sidewalks, driveways, or pavement as needed Set and adjust utility structures like manhole rings/lids and valve boxes to final grade Assist with cleanup and job site restoration before inspections Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and ready for turnover Work closely with foremen and inspectors to ensure punch lists are completed Requirements Over 5 years of experience operating a motor grader to create smooth, level surfaces on construction sites Proven experience operating finish blade equipment in civil construction Strong understanding of grading, slopes, and finish tolerances Ability to read grade stakes and follow site plans Safety‑focused, dependable, and able to work in a team environment We’re looking for team members who are: Hardworking, honest, and committed to doing quality work Able to work in changing outdoor conditions #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids for the Future
