Role Description We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher for a full-time, on-site position located in Casa Grande, AZ. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for tasks such as preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete; setting and aligning forms; smoothing and leveling flatwork; and operating tools and equipment required for construction projects. This role demands precision, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols in a dynamic field environment. Requirements 3–5 years of experience as a concrete finisher in construction environments Experience placing, finishing, and curing concrete for flatwork, sidewalks, curbs, pads, and structural applications Proficient in screeding, floating, troweling, edging, and broom finishing Ability to set forms, check grade, and ensure proper alignment before concrete placement Knowledge of concrete mixes, finishing techniques, and proper curing methods Ability to read basic construction plans and follow layout measurements Experience operating finishing tools and equipment including power trowels, vibrators, and screeds Knowledge of jobsite safety practices and OSHA regulations Valid driver’s license required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments Rate varies based on experience We will only respond to serious inquiries from experienced concrete finishers #J-18808-Ljbffr
