Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Florida Speech Language Pathology License required. Provisional licenses not accepted.
• CCC-SLP required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Must be fully proficient and experienced in performing MBS.

• Call Requirements: None
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Required Equipment Experience: MBS/fluoro
