Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Sales Office in the Sales Department in Visayas, Philippines. What is the role about? The Sales Account Manager will promote and sell Endress+Hauser products, solutions and services in the Visayas region. Establish meaningful, measurable and achievable goals and objectives for the sales function within the assigned area of responsibility. Develop action plans and execute those plans in the pursuit of growth in sales in the assigned territory. Which tasks will you perform? Manage own territory with regular face‑to‑face and phone contact with all clients. Active participation in the team through attendance at Sales & Marketing meetings and contribute to team objectives where necessary. Execute seminars for customers. Support Internal Sales Engineers (ISEs) in daily business. Support in logistical matters such as order processing and commercial topics such as payment conditions and contract reviews. Act as the interface between customers in the assigned territory, Endress+Hauser Philippines and Endress+Hauser International. Responsible for Order Entry, Net Sales, and Gross Profit for the assigned area of responsibility. Strong understanding of market, competitors and territory. Identify new opportunities, projects and customers. Implementation of an efficient reporting system according to requirements, e.g., Salesforce.com. Other reasonable tasks and activities as may be assigned/required by the employee’s direct supervisor. What do we expect from you? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. MBA is a plus. Minimum 5 years of industrial selling experience in VisMin. Strong communication skills with customer orientation & entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in selling process instrumentation is a plus. Good knowledge of SAP & Salesforce is a plus. Enthusiastic, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision. Self‑management. Customer‑orientation. Networking. Integrity. Proficiency in English, native speaker of Cebuano; knowledge of Hiligaynon is a plus. Willingness to travel/being present in the VisMin region 50%+. What can you expect from us?
