Concierge Assistant

Our luxury hotel in Washington DC is seeking a professional and friendly Concierge Assistant to assist our guests with their needs and inquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as a strong knowledge of the city and its attractions. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment. No experience is required but fluency in English is a must. This position is open to individuals of any nationality but preference will be given to Indian candidates. The salary for this position is $1700 per month. As a Concierge Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting them with recommendations reservations and any other requests they may have. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk and lobby area. To excel in this role you should have a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You must also be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures Provide personalized recommendations for restaurants, activities and attractions based on guest preferences Make reservations for guests at various establishments Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and seek assistance from management when needed Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests Keep concierge desk area clean and organized at all times Assist with luggage handling when necessary Stay up-to-date on local events shows festivals etc Handle special requests such as arranging transportation or booking tours Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Fluency in English additional language skills are a plus Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong knowledge of Washington DC its attractions restaurants etc Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Proven customer service experience is preferred but not required Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure #J-18808-Ljbffr PrimeDefense USA
