About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to serve as the senior administrative executive and strategic partner, providing leadership across all administrative, financial, operational, and business functions. The CAO will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of administrative systems that support the Department's clinical, research, and educational missions. This role requires a deep understanding of the academic healthcare environment, including faculty affairs, clinical operations, research administration, finance, human resources, compliance, information technology, and institutional governance. The successful candidate will oversee all administrative and operational functions, ensure efficient and high-quality operations, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The CAO will also be a trusted advisor, translating institutional priorities into departmental strategy, and will be expected to have a Bachelor's degree, approximately 6 years of senior management experience in the healthcare field, and a strong background in regulatory compliance and financial acumen.
